Hydraulic pressure control valve (with three-way function)

Remarks: The hydraulic oil circuit composed of the overflow valve has the function of oil return. When the cylinder rises to the top, there is no need to worry about not closing the oil supply in time, which will cause the pipeline to burst (it is not recommended not to close the oil supply for a long time after installing the overflow valve); the pressure of the oil pump can be adjusted, which is more playable.

Overflow valve is a kind of hydraulic pressure control valve, which mainly plays the role of constant pressure overflow, voltage stabilization, system unloading and safety protection in hydraulic equipment. During assembly or use, overflow valves may cause undue leakage due to the damage of O-shaped seal rings, combination seal rings, or loosening of installation screws and pipe joints.

Function of overflow valve:

Fixed pressure overflow function: In the quantitative pump throttle regulation system, the quantitative pump provides a constant flow rate. When the system pressure increases, the flow demand will be reduced. At this time, the overflow valve is opened, so that the excess flow overflows back to the fuel tank, ensuring that the inlet pressure of the overflow valve, that is, the pump outlet pressure is constant (the valve port is often opened with the fluctuation of pressure).

Safety protection function: When the system works normally, the valve is closed. Only when the load exceeds the specified limit (the system pressure exceeds the adjusted pressure) open the overflow, and carry out overload protection, so that the system pressure will not increase (usually, the adjusted pressure of the overflow valve is 10% to 20% higher than the maximum operating pressure of the system)
